Description

Delicious and versatile meatballs that are juicy, tender, and perfect for family dinners or casual get-togethers.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or a mix of beef and pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  5. Serve the meatballs with marinara sauce and pasta or enjoy them as snacks.

Notes

To store, allow meatballs to cool and place them in an airtight container. They can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
