- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions
- Combine the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan over low heat and stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 2-3 hours.
