Description

A simple and delicious no-bake dessert featuring creamy peanut butter and crushed Butterfinger bars for a delightful crunch.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 3 Bars Butterfinger Candy Bars (crushed for filling and topping)
  • 1 package Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth.
  2. Add the whipped topping, powdered sugar, creamy peanut butter, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Fold in the crushed Butterfinger bars, saving some for the topping.
  4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Butterfinger bars on top for an extra crunch.
  6. Cover the pie and place it in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes to set. For best results, let it chill overnight.

Notes

For a chocolatey twist, use a chocolate cookie crust instead of a graham cracker crust.
