- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved

- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Basil, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish in a single layer.
- Spread the pesto sauce generously over each piece of chicken.
- Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes around the chicken.
- Top the chicken with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil over the entire dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
