Description

A hearty and delicious quiche with savory sausage, creamy eggs, and melted cheese, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the crumbled sausage evenly over the pie crust, then sprinkle the cheese on top.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly golden.
  7. If desired, top with fresh spinach before serving.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
