A fun and delicious sushi-inspired bake that’s easy to prepare and perfect for parties.
Ingredients

- 2 cups sushi rice
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 pound cooked salmon, flaked
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Nori sheets, cut into strips
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice in a rice cooker or on the stove using 2 1/2 cups of water.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce together.
- Once the rice is cooked, mix in the mayonnaise mixture and flaked salmon.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until heated through.
- Remove from the oven and top with soy sauce, avocado slices, and chopped green onions.
- Serve with nori strips and garnish with sesame seeds.
Notes
Rinse sushi rice well to remove excess starch. Adjust Sriracha according to your heat preference.
