Description

A simple and delightful banana bread recipe perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • ¼ cup of butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Combine the mashed bananas, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter in a separate bowl.
  3. Add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients gradually, stirring gently until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a pre-greased baking dish and smooth the surface.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes.
