Description

A delicious and vibrant dish that combines zesty lime, tender chicken, and creamy avocado, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and let soak for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
  5. Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Slice the chicken and top with fresh avocado slices and cilantro before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. If you don’t have avocado, try using mango or fresh pico de gallo.
