- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup cooked quinoa or rice
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 unit cucumber (diced)
- 1/2 unit red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives (pitted and sliced)
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Drain any excess fat from the skillet if necessary.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and paprika; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- While the turkey is cooking, prepare the quinoa or rice according to package instructions if not pre-cooked.
- In a serving bowl, start with a base of cooked quinoa or rice.
- Top the quinoa or rice with the cooked ground turkey mixture.
- Arrange cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and romaine lettuce on top of the turkey.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and sliced Kalamata olives over the vegetables.
- Drizzle tzatziki sauce generously on top and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
