- 3 large Eggs
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch or Arrowroot Powder
- 1 tablespoon Honey or Sweetener (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Blend the cottage cheese until smooth, then mix in the egg yolks, salt, cornstarch, and honey or sweetener.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture.
- Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking tray in small rounds, about 3 inches in diameter.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days, or refrigerate for a week. To reheat, use a toaster or oven.
