- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the cottage cheese, egg yolks, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Whisk the egg whites in another bowl until they form stiff peaks.
- Fold the egg whites gently into the cottage cheese mixture.
- Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small rounds.
- Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
