Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing the fresh mozzarella cheese into thick slices.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into thick slices or halves, depending on their size.
  3. Arrange the mozzarella slices and tomatoes on a large plate or bowl, alternating them for a colorful presentation.
  4. Tuck the fresh basil leaves between the cheese and tomatoes.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top.
  6. Finally, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
