Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped rhubarb, water, and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10-15 minutes until the rhubarb is soft.
  3. Strain the mixture to remove solids and cool the syrup.
