Instructions
- Combine the sweet corn, diced bell peppers, diced red onion, and mayonnaise in a large bowl.
- Stir in the lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in the Fritos chips until coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
