Description

A fun and colorful twist on traditional breakfast bread, topped with crunchy Fruity Pebbles for a delightful start to your day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk (room temperature)
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal (fold in gently)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Combine the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal gently.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients and don’t overmix the batter. You can add a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.
