- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup milk (room temperature)
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal (fold in gently)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Combine the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature ingredients and don’t overmix the batter. You can add a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.
