Description

Delightful Garlic Cheese Bombs made from pizza dough filled with melted cheese and garlic butter. Perfect for parties and snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square and fold the dough over the cheese, pinching to seal.
  5. Place the cheese bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops of the dough with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

To reheat, place in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warm. Experiment with different fillings and cheeses for variety.
