Delightful Garlic Cheese Bombs made from pizza dough filled with melted cheese and garlic butter. Perfect for parties and snacks.
Ingredients

- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
- Place a spoonful of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square and fold the dough over the cheese, pinching to seal.
- Place the cheese bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops of the dough with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
To reheat, place in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warm. Experiment with different fillings and cheeses for variety.
