- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Separate the biscuit dough into biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit in the palm of your hand and spoon a portion of the beef mixture into the center.
- Fold the sides of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
- Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
