Description

A whimsical twist on classic flavors featuring juicy beef, gooey cheese, and aromatic garlic wrapped in a golden crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter (melted)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, salt, and pepper into the skillet with the beef.
  4. Mix in the shredded cheese and grated Parmesan until melted and gooey.
  5. Prepare the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into rounds.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough round.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  8. Brush the tops with melted garlic butter.
  9. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider swapping out ground beef for turkey or chicken. You can also add onions or jalapeños to the mix.
