- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup garlic butter (melted)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Stir in the minced garlic, salt, and pepper into the skillet with the beef.
- Mix in the shredded cheese and grated Parmesan until melted and gooey.
- Prepare the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into rounds.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough round.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops with melted garlic butter.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
