- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and milk in a large bowl.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes after baking.
- Slice and serve warm, enjoying with your favorite sides!
