Description

A lighter take on classic meatloaf, blending juicy ground chicken with Parmesan cheese and garlic for a flavorful dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and milk in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes after baking.
  7. Slice and serve warm, enjoying with your favorite sides!
