Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Add Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti into the sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
