Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, letting it warm up until it shimmers.
- Add the sliced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Cook until the garlic becomes golden and fragrant—about 1-2 minutes.
- Add in the shrimp and season generously with salt to taste.
- Cook the shrimp until they turn pink and are cooked through, around 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and fold in the chopped parsley.
- Serve the Garlic Prawns hot, accompanied by lemon wedges.
