Description

A delightful dish combining tender steak, creamy sauce, and cheesy tortellini, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces tortellini
  • 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add steak pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  5. Reduce heat, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Toss in the cooked tortellini, mixing well to coat.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Use fresh tortellini for better texture. Don’t overcook the steak to keep it juicy. Add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra color and nutrition.
