Description

A delightful twist on classic chocolate brownies featuring a creamy coconut and pecan topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Combine coconut, pecans, and sweetened condensed milk in a separate bowl. Spread this topping over the brownie batter.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
