Description

Delightful crispy layers of potatoes combined with rich, melted cheese, perfect for gatherings or as a side for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Start stacking the potato slices in a muffin tin, alternating with layers of cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and enjoy!

Notes

To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to regain crispiness.
