Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- Coarse sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a small bowl. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
- Whisk together the flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Punch down the dough and fold in the minced garlic and rosemary.
- Divide the dough into muffin-sized portions and place them in a greased muffin tin.
- Allow the dough to rise again for about 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle the tops with coarse sea salt.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
