- 1 pound Kielbasa Sausage
- 2 medium Bell Peppers
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 medium Zucchini
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard (optional)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Vegetables and Kielbasa: Cut the kielbasa into thick slices. Chop the bell peppers, onion, and zucchini into large pieces for easy skewering.
- Make the Glaze: In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Marinate the Veggies: In another bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the Kabobs: Thread the kielbasa and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between them.
- Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high.
- Grill the Kabobs: Place the kabobs on the grill. Brush them with the balsamic honey glaze as they cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from the grill, give them a final brush with glaze, and serve warm.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. Feel free to vary the veggies based on what you have on hand.
