Description

Delightful grilled steak street tacos marinated to perfection and topped with fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak strips (your choice of cut)
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 limes, one juiced and one cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (for marinade)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak strips in lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the marinated steak strips on medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or stovetop until pliable.
  4. Slice the rested steak against the grain into tender strips.
  5. Assemble your tacos with steak slices, diced onions, and chopped cilantro, followed by a squeeze of lime juice.
  6. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
