Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (like parsley or chives), chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
