Ingredients

  • Juicy chicken (breasts or thighs)
  • Sweet pineapple (cubed or slices)
  • Colorful bell peppers (red, yellow, green, sliced)
  • Soy sauce
  • Brown sugar
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Coconut oil or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
