Ingredients
- Juicy chicken (breasts or thighs)
- Sweet pineapple (cubed or slices)
- Colorful bell peppers (red, yellow, green, sliced)
- Soy sauce
- Brown sugar
- Garlic (minced)
- Coconut oil or olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
