Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts, pineapple chunks, sliced peppers, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well-coated.
- Arrange the chicken and vegetables in a single layer on a sheet pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve hot.
Notes
