Description

These Healthy Burger Bowls are a fun, nutritious twist on traditional burgers, layered with fresh ingredients and topped with a special sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Potato chips
  • 2 cups Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Pickles
  • 1/2 cup Onions
  • 1 cup Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, layer lettuce, cooked beef, diced tomatoes, pickles, onions, and cheese.
  3. Top with potato chips for crunch.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to make the special sauce.
  5. Drizzle the sauce over the burger bowl before serving.
