Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into cubes.
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for about 25-30 minutes.
- Season the chicken with olive oil, fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the baking sheet in the last 15 minutes of roasting.
- Check for doneness until the chicken is cooked through (165°F/75°C).
- Serve warm and enjoy the colorful dish.
Notes
For extra crispiness, add cornstarch to your sweet potatoes. This dish can be easily adapted for dietary preferences.
