- 4 cups Cabbage (or coleslaw mix)
- 2 cups Carrots (grated or julienned)
- 1 lb Chicken (ground chicken or turkey)
- 1 cup Cauliflower (chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 0.25 cup Cilantro (optional)
- 0.5 cup Green Onions (sliced)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground chicken. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add minced garlic and stir for about a minute.
- Add the chopped cabbage, carrots, and cauliflower to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Stir in sesame seeds and cilantro (if using).
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and top with sliced green onions.
Notes
For added texture, consider using fresh ginger alongside the garlic. You can also add bell peppers or snap peas for extra crunch.
