- 6 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (recommend Nielsen-Massey pure vanilla)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Whisk together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream machine and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (20-25 minutes) until soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer churned ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight until firm.
- Remove from freezer 5-10 minutes before serving to soften slightly for easy scooping. Serve in bowls or cones with your choice of toppings.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture. Experiment with different sweeteners or mix-ins for variety.
