Description

A refreshing iced tea combining hibiscus, ginger, and lime, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 4 cups water
  • 12 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
  • Lime slices
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and grated ginger.
  3. Let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and strain the mixture into a pitcher.
  5. Add honey or sugar to taste, if desired.
  6. Allow the tea to cool, then refrigerate until chilled.
  7. Serve over ice with lime slices for garnish.
