These High Protein Greek Yogurt Brownies are a guilt-free dessert delivering rich chocolate flavor and a protein punch. Perfect for snacks or post-workout.

- 1 cup Greek yogurt (preferably Fage Total 0%)
- 1 extra large egg (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup protein powder (Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard whey recommended)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Combine the room temperature egg, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, protein powder, coconut sugar, and baking powder in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into your prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting.
Notes
For extra flavor, lightly dust the warm brownies with a pinch of sea salt. Serve warm or at room temperature with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, or honey.
