- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 1 cup low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni (or turkey bacon)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the whole wheat flour, Greek yogurt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving a small border. Layer the turkey pepperoni on top.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the pizza rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
