Description

A crowd-pleasing pizza combining chicken, bacon, and ranch dressing for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
  2. Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the spices.
  4. Spread the Ranch: Use a spoon to spread the ranch dressing evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a border around the edges for the crust.
  5. Add Chicken and Bacon: Sprinkle the seasoned chicken evenly over the ranch dressing. Then, add the crumbled bacon on top of the chicken.
  6. Top with Cheese: Generously sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken and bacon, covering everything well.
  7. Bake the Pizza: Place the pizza in the preheated oven (or on the heated pizza stone) and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Cool Slightly: Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. This will make slicing easier.
  9. Garnish: If desired, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the pizza for a pop of color and freshness.
  10. Slice and Serve: Cut the pizza into slices and serve hot.

Notes

For a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for about 5 minutes before adding the toppings. You can also customize toppings to your liking.
