- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
- Sear the chicken breasts in a pan with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper, cooking until browned and cooked through.
- Sauté the minced garlic in the same pan until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Create the honey mixture by adding the honey and stirring well.
- Simmer the heavy cream into the mixture and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine the cooked rotini with the sauce, tossing thoroughly.
- Garnish the sliced chicken on top with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For variations, substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu. Add veggies like spinach for extra nutrition.
