Description

A quick yet satisfying dish combining honey and garlic flavors with creamy Parmesan rotini pasta.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the chicken breasts in a pan with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper, cooking until browned and cooked through.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the same pan until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Create the honey mixture by adding the honey and stirring well.
  5. Simmer the heavy cream into the mixture and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Combine the cooked rotini with the sauce, tossing thoroughly.
  7. Garnish the sliced chicken on top with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For variations, substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu. Add veggies like spinach for extra nutrition.
