Ingredients

- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced carrots and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Toss in the trimmed green beans and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
- Drizzle honey over the vegetables and stir to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender.
