- 4 pieces Salmon Fillets
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix honey, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Pour the honey-lime mixture over each salmon fillet and top with small pieces of butter.
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
