Description

A delicious baked salmon dish with honey, lime, and garlic, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Salmon Fillets
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix honey, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the honey-lime mixture over each salmon fillet and top with small pieces of butter.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

Serve with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
