- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces pasta shells
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Start by cooking the pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet. Season them with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce is creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta shells to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Finally, return the steak bites to the skillet. Mix them with the pasta and sauce, ensuring everything is well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to check the steak’s doneness for perfect results. Aim for 135°F for medium-rare.
