- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by heating olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook until onions are soft.
- Stir in the rice and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
- Place the chicken back in the skillet, cover with a lid, and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the chicken is tender.
- Before serving, sprinkle fresh parsley on top for extra flavor.
