Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate Chicken: Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish.
  4. Refrigerate: Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor.
