Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate Chicken: Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish.
- Refrigerate: Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor.
- Arrange Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in a baking dish. Pour any remaining marinade over the top.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
