Description

Delicious Keto Bang Bang Chicken Thighs with a creamy and spicy sauce, perfect for low-carb diets.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sugar-free sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free honey
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear the chicken in the skillet until browned on both sides and cooked through. Once done, reduce the heat to low.
  4. Pour out the excess grease from the skillet.
  5. Combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sugar-free honey, Sriracha, and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
  6. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the chicken and toss to coat.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispy chicken thighs, consider broiling them for a couple of minutes after cooking the sauce. You can also substitute mayonnaise with sour cream or Greek yogurt.
