- 5 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sugar-free sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free honey
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sear the chicken in the skillet until browned on both sides and cooked through. Once done, reduce the heat to low.
- Pour out the excess grease from the skillet.
- Combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sugar-free honey, Sriracha, and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet with the chicken and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispy chicken thighs, consider broiling them for a couple of minutes after cooking the sauce. You can also substitute mayonnaise with sour cream or Greek yogurt.
