Description

Ingredients

  • Tostada shells
  • Lean ground beef
  • Refried beans
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Grated cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa
  • Avocado (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the lean ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Heat the refried beans in a small saucepan.
  3. Assemble tostadas by spreading refried beans on each tostada shell.
  4. Top with cooked ground beef.
  5. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and grated cheese.
  6. Finish with a dollop of sour cream and a spoonful of salsa.
  7. Serve with sliced avocado, if desired, and let everyone customize their tostadas.

Notes
