Description

Juicy Korean BBQ meatballs that blend sweet and savory flavors, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or pork
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 12 tbsp sriracha (for spicy mayo)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground beef or pork, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Make the spicy mayo dip by mixing mayo with sriracha.
  6. Brush the meatballs with Korean BBQ sauce in the last few minutes of baking.
  7. Serve hot alongside the spicy mayo dip.

Notes

For a leaner option, substitute ground turkey or chicken. Experiment with different sauces for added flavor.
