- ¼ cup toasted pine nuts
- Burrata cheese, for topping

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and asparagus, cooking until asparagus is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in lemon zest and juice, then season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing until well combined.
- Serve topped with burrata cheese, toasted pine nuts, and fresh parsley.
Notes
For best results, do not overcook the asparagus; it should remain slightly crunchy.
