Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon zest in a bowl.
- Mix the lemon juice and olive oil in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken tender in the olive oil mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crunch, use Panko breadcrumbs. Adjust the garlic powder and lemon juice to taste.
