Description

Crispy and flavorful chicken tenders coated with Parmesan and garlic, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon zest in a bowl.
  3. Mix the lemon juice and olive oil in another bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken tender in the olive oil mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  7. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crunch, use Panko breadcrumbs. Adjust the garlic powder and lemon juice to taste.
