Description

A zesty and flavorful condiment perfect for seafood and fried foods.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon capers, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Add the hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, minced capers, chopped parsley, and minced garlic to the bowl.
